Terms & Conditions of Sale

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Online Orders:
    • For wholesale orders, all shipments are FOB our Miami, Florida warehouse. The following criteria applies:
      • All freight is paid by the customer unless expressed otherwise.
      • Wholesale Orders are expected to have 2-5 days of Handling Time.
    • For retail orders, all qualifying purchases over $100 will count towards free shipping. The following criteria applies:
      • Free shipping is only valid within the contiguous 48 states unless expressed otherwise.
      • Free shipping only applies for standard rates. Next Day or Express Shipping fees are paid by the customer.
      • JAMS offers delivery through USPS. Other options as FedEx, UPS are available upon request.
      • Retail Orders are expected to have 2-5 days of Handling Time.
    • Online and Pick-up:
      • JAMS offers local on-site pick-up for online and phone orders. Pick-up dates and times must be scheduled to allow time for adequate order preparation.
  • Local Orders:
    • Both wholesale and retails orders completed in our Miami, Florida location are pick-up, unless expressed otherwise.
    • Local delivery options are offered and handled on a case by case basis.
  • Other Considerations:
    • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    • Shipping charges of returned product are the responsibility of the customer.
    • JAMS will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or product exchange.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns and Exchanges are accepted for orders meeting the following criteria:
    • All returns must be within 14 days of shipment to receive a return authorization.
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an authorization.
    • Once the authorization is provided, customer must return product within 14 days.
    • Credits will be given 48 hours from the time of receiving product back or if product is deemed damaged.
    • At JAMS discretion, a 25% restocking fee may be assessed to the returned order.
    • All cash sales are final and will not be accepted for returns and/or refunds.
  • No items will be accepted for returns or exchange if:
    • Product is returned incomplete or defaced.
    • Original order number or receipt is missing.
    • Serial numbers differs from original order.
    • Opened items not in its original packaging.
    • Warranty cards are filled out with manufacturer.
  • Custom Orders or Configurations:
    • No returns or refunds will be made for items that are special ordered for the customer.
  • Damaged Shipments:
    • Defective, Damaged, or Missing Merchandise Order must be reported within 72 hours of receipt for a Return Authorization.
    • If your shipment arrives damaged: You must notate the damage with the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in and notify Kole Imports immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
  • Cash & Off-Site Sales:
    • All off-site sales are final.
    • All cash sales are final.
  • Factory Warranties:
    • All products have factory warranties available which varies according to the item.
    • Following the one month grace period, JAMS will no longer accept Refunds/Returns.
    • JAMS will support through the warranty process to ensure expectations are met with manufacturers.
